Account
Selection
The Account History window allows you
to view a complete history of all the transactions made on
your account including Bank fees, Government charges and Debit
or Credit interest.
Choose the Accounts category from the top navigation menu and click the Account History item from the side navigation menu. This will display the Account History selection screen.
Note: Personal accounts will display a maximum of 250 line items or approximately 18 months of transactions, Corporate accounts will display a maximum of 500.
Account
The drop down list labelled Account
shows all your accounts enrolled with Internet Banking. Select
the account you wish to view history for.
History Period
If you require a summary of transactions
made earlier than the last 14 days select a different period
from the drop down list labelled History
Period. Otherwise accept the default setting for
all transactions made in the last 14 days.
Note:
When you use the hyperlinks on the Account Balances screen
to access Account History a default History Period of 14
days will automatically be selected.
Show Account History button
Click on the Show
Account History button to display all the transactions
made for the specified period.

Viewing Account History
An Account History Results screen will
display the following information for the selected account.
Click on the Account drop down list or History Period drop
down list if you wish to change the transactions displayed.
Current Balance
The selected account's current balance
is displayed before the transaction history.
Available Balance
The amount of funds available for withdrawal
from the selected account is displayed before the transaction
history.
All transactions for the selected History
period are displayed in descending order, with the most recent
transaction first. You can use the vertical scroll bars on
the right hand side of the screen to view all the transactions
on the current screen.
The following information will be displayed for each transaction listed:
Date
The date that the transaction was posted
to your account
Description
Lists the type of transaction (Cheque
Withdrawal, ATM Withdrawal etc.) along with any applicable
reference information (e.g. Cheque Number, ATM Location
etc.)
Withdrawals
The amount of any debit (withdrawal)
transaction
Deposits
The amount of any credit (deposit)
transaction
Balance
The running Balance of your selected
account.
Action Buttons
There are two action buttons
available:
Next Page >
A Next Page button will appear when
there are additional screens to be displayed.
< Prev Page
A Prev Page button will appear when
there are previous screens to be displayed.

Faxing Account History
You may request a fax copy of the Account
History to be forwarded to yourself, or to anyone else that
you would like to receive a copy, by clicking on the FAX NOW
button.
You will be required to confirm your
fax number or to provide an alternative number each time you
request a fax.
When entering your fax number details,
please enter a valid area code to ensure we can deliver your
fax. Eg 0378990024.
Note:
Rural Bank may debit you account with a fee upon faxing
a Account History to you. For a full list of Internet Banking's
fees and charges please contact Rural Bank on 1300

branch.

Print
This feature enables you to print only
the relevant information contained on the current page. The
Navigation elements and action buttons will not be printed,
ensuring that all relevant details will fit cleanly on the
page.
To print the current page in a
printer-friendly format, select Print from the top of the
screen (next to the Help link). Then, from the Print Preview
window, select ‘Print’ to
direct the print out to your preferred printer or ‘Close’ to
return to your Internet Banking window. |
