To view a list of the Account Signatories for all of the accounts you have registered in Internet Banking choose the Accounts category from the top navigation menu then click the Account Signatories item in the side navigation menu.

The information provided includes:

Customer Name

The full title of each Customer record you have registered with Internet Banking.

Account Name

The type of account (statement, savings, etc.) is shown in this column.

BSB - Account Number

The BSB number and account number of each account is displayed in this column. These are the numbers you should use to direct funds to or from your account using external systems such as Direct Debits, Direct Credits or other bank’s Pay Anyone services.

Required

Shows the number of people required to authorise a transaction for each account.

Authorised Signatories

Shows the authorised signatories who are able to authorise transactions on each account.

Access Limit

Access Limit indicates the level of access the signatory has on each account.

Full Access indicates that the signatory has full access to the account subject to normal processing rules and daily limits.

No withdrawals indicates that the signatory is not allowed to perform withdrawals on the account, but has access to all other standard functions including depositing funds into the account (subject of course to them having Full Access to other accounts to withdraw the funds in the first place).
