Searching
for Transactions
The Transaction Search window allows
you to search for a specific transaction that may have been
made on any of your accounts. For example you may wish to
search for a specific amount of a credit card purchase to ensure
it has been debited to your account.
Choose the Accounts
category from the top navigation menu then click the Transaction
Search item in the side navigation
menu. Several fields are provided on the Transaction Search
window so that you can search the desired account by date,
amount, or reference number (e.g. cheque number). You can
fill in one or more of these fields.
Account Number
The drop down list labelled Account
Number shows all the accounts you have enrolled with Rural Bank - Internet Banking. Select the account you wish to search.
Period
If you do not know the date that
the transaction was processed specify the number of days
to be searched from the drop down list labelled Period.
Date
If you are looking for a transaction
processed on a certain date, select the day, month and year
from the drop down lists labelled Date.
Amount (From and To)
If you know the amount of the
transaction you are looking for, enter it in the Amount
(From) field. Or if you wish to find all transactions processed
within a specific range of amounts enter a lower amount
in the Amount (From) field and an upper amount in the Amount
(To) field.
Reference
If you know the reference number
(e.g. cheque number) of the transaction, enter it in this
field to further narrow the search results.
