A chequebook can be ordered for any account that you are an authorised signatory for, regardless of your level of access.
To order a new Cheque
Book on any of your Transactional
accounts that have a cheque book
facility choose the Customer
Services category from the top navigation menu (if
not already selected) and click the Request
a Chequebook item in the side navigation menu.
This will display the Request a Cheque Book Request screen
where you will need to complete the following information:
Account
Select the account that you require a new cheque book
for from the drop down list.
Delivery Options
Click inside one of the radio buttons to indicate your
preferred delivery option of either having the cheque book
forwarded "By Mail" to your account's postal address,
or having the cheque book forwarded to your usual operating
Branch so you can "Collect at Branch".
Action Buttons
There is only one action button available:
Submit Request
Click this button to forward your request for a new cheque
book to your usual Rural Bank Branch
who will have the cheque book ready to be collected or posted
within 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Note:
Rural Bank may debit your account with a fee each time you
order an additional cheque book on your account. For a full
